Read our Terms & Conditions for tours, transfers, bookings, payments, cancellations and passenger travel services.
These Terms & Conditions explain the agreement between you and Tours-UK Ltd when booking tours, transfers or related travel services.
Please read them carefully before making a booking.

BOOKINGS
Bookings & Acceptance
All bookings are subject to:
- availability
- operational suitability
- payment confirmation
- acceptance by Tours-UK
A contract is formed when written confirmation is issued.
We reserve the right to decline bookings where operationally unsuitable or where safety may be affected.
PRICING & PAYMENTS
Prices
All prices shown are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may vary based on:
- seasonality
- demand
- route length
- group size
- pickup location
- included admissions (where applicable)
Payments
Full payment or deposits may be required depending on the service booked.
Unpaid bookings may be cancelled automatically.
TOURS
Tour Operations
Tour itineraries, stop durations and timings are approximate.
Tours-UK may amend routes or timings due to:
- traffic congestion
- weather
- road closures
- events
- operational reasons
- safety considerations
- Reasonable changes do not automatically create entitlement to compensation.
Minimum Numbers
Some tours may require minimum passenger numbers to operate.
If this occurs, affected guests will be offered:
- alternative date
- similar service
- refund where appropriate
TRANSFERS
Transfers
Pickup times should be observed carefully.
Guests are responsible for ensuring:
- correct booking details
- accurate flight/cruise information
- reachable contact details
- readiness at pickup time
Excessive waiting time may incur additional charges or cancellation.
Delays
Where possible, Tours-UK may monitor flight or ship arrivals when details are supplied, but this cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.
PASSENGER CONDUCT
Behaviour
We reserve the right to refuse travel or terminate services where behaviour is:
- abusive
- unsafe
- threatening
- intoxicated
- disruptive
- unlawful
No refund will usually be due in such cases.
LUGGAGE
Luggage Policy
Luggage space varies by vehicle and passenger numbers.
Guests must check luggage suitability in advance for transfers and multi-day travel.
Tours-UK may refuse excessive or unsafe baggage.

Oversized or unsafe baggage may be refused if space or safety is affected. Please check with us before travel for specialist items.
CHILDREN
Children & Minors
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Suitable child seats may need to be requested in advance where legally required.
ACCESSIBILITY
Tours-UK aims to provide inclusive service wherever reasonably practicable.
Please contact us before booking to discuss mobility, boarding or access requirements.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
Tours-UK reserves the right to cancel services where necessary for safety or operational reasons.
FORCE MAJEURE
Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Tours-UK shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events outside reasonable control, including:
- severe weather
- strikes
- road closures
- war or unrest
- public emergencies
- mechanical breakdowns
- government restrictions
LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
Otherwise, Tours-UK’s liability is limited to the value of the affected booking except where law requires otherwise.
Guests remain responsible for:
- personal belongings
- travel insurance
- meeting passport/visa requirements
- onward travel arrangements
THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS
Agents & Platforms
Bookings made through third-party platforms such as:
- Viator
- Trip Advisor
- GetYourGuide
- Online travel agents
may also be subject to their own terms, cancellation rules and payment conditions.
GOVERNING LAW
Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales unless otherwise required by applicable law.
